Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we DO NOT ship on WEEKENDS.
Once your order has been placed after 24 hours, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change the delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days to process your orders. After that, delivery will take 1–6 business days, depending on your location.
Lost/stolen packages:
"Noveira" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please inform your respective shipping carrier with the information provided to you on the tracking page provided.
